This valuable resource manual provides training materials, competencies, tests, and documentation forms for employee records to help your licensed assisted living comply with elements of Minnesota’s Assisted Living Statutes (144G) and Rules (4659). The Resource Manual is broken out into 2 distinct areas:

(1) The Training section covers the required topics that MDH mandates and includes post-tests for Unlicensed Staff (ULP) to take, and

2) The Competency section includes the most common delegated nursing tasks that a ULP would need to perform as a part of their daily job duties.
